The following grades will need the required exams turned in to the school office prior to the start of the school year. Physicals must be turned in by October 15 per Illinois School Code.
• Kindergarten: physical (with updated immunization record), dental exam and vision exam (from an optometrist)
• 2nd Grade: dental exam
• 6th Grade: physical (with updated immunization record) and dental exam
• 5th-8th Grade Athletics: Sports physical needs to be on file to participate in tryouts
