 Media Studio-The Eighth grade is in charge of running the daily announcements in the media lab.  Every morning the eighth grade organizes and presents the announcements and shows them live to the entire school on TV.  Our class also runs a special program on Thursdays called "Where in the World is the 8th Grade?"  Where will we go next week?

Graduation-Fri. May 21st 7:00. Individual pictures at 6:00. Class picture at 6:25.  Congratulations graduates!

Play-On Monday, May 17th the 8th grade held their play.

St. Louis Trip-On May 13th the class received a tour of the St. Louis Federal Courthouse and then saw the Cardinals lose to the Astros. Boooooo

Springfield-The eighth grade visited Lincoln's tomb, the Capitol, Lincoln Museum, and Lincoln's Home.

Career Conference On March 12th, the 8th graders went to the  Kaskaskia College career conference.  The students heard 4 of the 50 speakers talk about their profession. They toured the Clinton County circuit court and the county jail.

Explore Test Fri. Jan. 15th- Central and Mater Dei will use this test for placement into the right classes. It is also an ACT preparation test.
