The 2010 Knights of Columbus spelling bee was held on Tuesday, February 2nd, at Aviston Elementary. 96 5th-8th graders participated. After several rounds the spelling bee was won by Brady Weis on the word "diagonal ". Sam Schmitz came in second and Nicole Maue came in third. At the regional spelling bee, Brady Weis placed first.  He then tied for 10th at the State Spelling Bee in Chatam, IL. Congratulations!
