| Mrs. Kampwerth is excited to be at Aviston Elementary. She loves working with students and teachers and the people in Aviston have been very welcoming to her. When Mrs. Kampwerth isn’t hanging out at school, she can be found playing golf, watching Cardinals games at home or at the stadium, working on her dissertation, or exercising by taking long walks in her neighborhood. Mrs. Kampwerth has been married since 1979 to Dan. He’s her golfing buddy and fellow Cardinal fan and is employed at Smurfit-Stone. The Kampwerth’s have two children, Nathan, who is a 2004 graduate of SIU-E and works at Nestle Purina, and a daughter, Samantha, who is a member of the class of 2009 at Highland High School where she plays tuba in the marching band. The Kampwerth’s also have a daughter-in-law, Lori, who is a med-tech at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. | |
